Web platform for online consultation and claims management.
The company provides technical services to their customers and with this platform, they were able to consult the state of technical interventions. A certified area was developed in the customers portal, so, each customer could check his balance, see the resolution of issues and also, request further clarification.
Interventions were registered through a windows application and the data were stored in a SQL database. Customers had access personalized to an authenticated web portal and with this information, they could consult the entities that they were responsible by and check the progress of technical operations and consumption, in the context of the contract they had. The web pages were made in ASP with VBScript code with several features of JQuery to improve the navigation and several JavaScript events, like the custom printing functionality to PDF.
