To make on the internal website of the company, the employees’ performance evaluations, reflecting the award of prizes in human resources management software.
A specific organization chart was done to manage the evaluations. The responsible for their departments, do the evaluation of subordinates, according with various scheduled periods. Coordinators validate this assessment and refer to the award of prizes. Upon completion, the employees can refer to the evaluations. Throughout the process, there are several automatic email notifications.
